During my artist residency at Traditional Dream Factory, I designed and built The Nest around the space used for the community's grief ceremonies, offering a physical and emotional structure to support those who wish to express and feel deeply. I invited community members and guests to join me in the construction—a mass of sticks, woven into order by many hands, turning it into a shared project to create a space that belongs to everyone.
